Video Life Coaching
Begin with a free Clarity Call — a 30-minute focused video coaching session where we begin looking at what’s actually going on in your life – your patterns, your structure, what’s working and what isn’t – and find a next step that fits, not one that adds pressure.
If we’re a good fit, that next step can include beginning a 12-week coaching subscription with me at the current rate. 30-minute video sessions happen every two weeks, with a text check-in at the midpoint to keep you supported in between.

Therapeutic Massage
Receive bodywork that is satisfying and effective both short-term and long-term. We will work out stubborn knots while helping you relax and unwind. Experience the soothing, long strokes of Swedish massage combined with the firm and therapeutic pressure of Deep Tissue. This may also include modalities like neuromuscular therapy (i.e. trigger point therapy), MFR / myofascial release, and other therapeutic approaches including injury or recovery-oriented “sports massage”.
Integrated Cupping Therapy (optional, no additional cost)
Enjoy a therapeutic massage enhanced by “cupping therapy” using silicone suction cups. Applying suction cups decompresses and loosens dense, stuck tissues. It also rushes in blood flow for recovery of restricted fascia and muscle, including past injuries. “Dry” or crunchy-feeling fibers begin to feel more “wet” or hydrated under the skin. Massage cupping here uses silicone cups that are safe with no risk of burning (as in fire cupping), allowing for both moving and stationary application. It leaves painless pink/red/purple marks that fade over 1-3 weeks.
