Why I work this way

For more than fifteen years, I’ve been helping people through chronic pain, injuries, and complex physical problems as a therapeutic massage therapist.

I noticed the same pattern:

People weren’t struggling because they weren’t trying hard enough. They were putting that effort where it couldn’t solve the real problem.

Whether someone comes to me with physical pain or a complicated life situation, my first instinct isn’t to prescribe solutions.

It’s to understand what’s actually happening beneath the surface.

Once the real situation becomes clear, the next step is often surprisingly simple.
